Workshop Focus: Strategy, Content, and Conversion
The full-day session is structured around two core goals: building strategic influence and ensuring rapid product conversion.

By the end of this workshop, incubatees will have a fully planned content calendar and the technical expertise necessary to start posting the required 30 videos immediately, positioning them for success in the subsequent 30-day program.
The crucial 30-day period immediately following the Full-Day Workshop is conducted via a dedicated WhatsApp Group Chat to ensure real-time guidance and continuous support.
All incubatees will be added to this group for an intensive, high-touch experience designed to accelerate their progress.
In the WhatsApp Incubation Group, participants will benefit from:
Real-time Feedback: Real-time feedback will be provided directly on the incubatees' TikTok postings, ensuring they can correct mistakes and maximize their performance immediately.
Vetting & Monitoring: Consistent vetting and monitoring of all incubatees' progress to ensure they are on track to meet the criteria for follower growth and content volume.
Personalized 1-on-1s: Scheduled personalized 1-to-1 sessions with each incubatee for in-depth strategy discussions and tailored advice.
Group Coaching: Regular Group Coaching sessions to share best practices, discuss common challenges, and build a supportive peer network.
This program is designed to get our student incubatees (future live-host sellers and affiliate creators) market-ready.
To ensure they are prepared to represent a brand and manage a live-selling role, the following criteria must be successfully met during the 30-day incubation period:

Once the above criteria are fulfilled, a Final Assessment will be conducted.
The purpose of this assessment is to determine if the incubatee has reached the necessary performance and professionalism level to be:
Matchmade with an external seller or brand.
Achieve placement as a TikTok Live Host Seller or a TikTok Affiliate Creator.
Meeting all criteria shows the program's investment has yielded a prepared and professional creator, ready for the next step of brand partnerships.
