Full-Day Incubation Workshop: Key Deliverables

This workshop is the essential launchpad for the 30-day incubation program. It provides incubatees with the foundational skills and strategic content required to hit the ground running and successfully meet the program's growth criteria.

Workshop Focus: Strategy, Content, and Conversion

The full-day session is structured around two core goals: building strategic influence and ensuring rapid product conversion.

Module Focus Key Deliverables & Skills Taught
Content Strategy & Planning Learn how to generate at least 30 days of video content using cutting-edge tools. This includes:
  • TikTok Video Content Creation Strategy utilizing ChatGPT and Creator Search Insights for data-driven topics.
  • Content Ideation Strategies and a review of Common Mistakes to Avoid.
Video Production & Polish Master the technical skills needed to produce high-quality, engaging content immediately:
  • Filming Techniques and TikTok Advanced Editing Skills.
  • Understanding Short Video Best Practices and the Elements of a High-Converting Short Video.
Influence & Conversion Focus on the psychological and persuasive elements of live selling:
  • Viral Storytelling Strategies to capture and hold viewer attention.
  • Techniques for Building Influence and Authority on the platform.
  • Practical guidance on how to Choose Affiliate Products that Convert Fast.

By the end of this workshop, incubatees will have a fully planned content calendar and the technical expertise necessary to start posting the required 30 videos immediately, positioning them for success in the subsequent 30-day program.


The 30-Day Incubation Program: WhatsApp-Based Support

The crucial 30-day period immediately following the Full-Day Workshop is conducted via a dedicated WhatsApp Group Chat to ensure real-time guidance and continuous support. 

All incubatees will be added to this group for an intensive, high-touch experience designed to accelerate their progress.

In the WhatsApp Incubation Group, participants will benefit from:

  • Real-time Feedback: Real-time feedback will be provided directly on the incubatees' TikTok postings, ensuring they can correct mistakes and maximize their performance immediately.

  • Vetting & Monitoring: Consistent vetting and monitoring of all incubatees' progress to ensure they are on track to meet the criteria for follower growth and content volume.

  • Personalized 1-on-1s: Scheduled personalized 1-to-1 sessions with each incubatee for in-depth strategy discussions and tailored advice.

  • Group Coaching: Regular Group Coaching sessions to share best practices, discuss common challenges, and build a supportive peer network.

This continuous coaching model is key to ensuring participants are fully prepared for the final assessment and subsequent matchmaking with brands and sellers.


Incubation Program: Criteria for Matchmaking with Sellers/Brands

This program is designed to get our student incubatees (future live-host sellers and affiliate creators) market-ready

To ensure they are prepared to represent a brand and manage a live-selling role, the following criteria must be successfully met during the 30-day incubation period:

30-Day Mandatory Completion Criteria

Area Requirement Rationale (Why this is important)
Audience Growth Achieve a minimum growth of 100 new followers by the end of the 30 days. This proves the incubatee is developing content that resonates with an audience and has the basic reach required for effective live selling.
Content Volume & Consistency Post at least 30 TikTok videos consistently throughout the incubation period, starting immediately after the Full-Day Workshop. This demonstrates the discipline, skill, and commitment required to be a reliable and high-output content creator for a brand partnership.

 

Final Assessment for Placement

Once the above criteria are fulfilled, a Final Assessment will be conducted.

The purpose of this assessment is to determine if the incubatee has reached the necessary performance and professionalism level to be:

  • Matchmade with an external seller or brand.

  • Achieve placement as a TikTok Live Host Seller or a TikTok Affiliate Creator.

Meeting all criteria shows the program's investment has yielded a prepared and professional creator, ready for the next step of brand partnerships.
