Pass in Year 1 modules of bachelor’s degree qualification with prior entry requirements (when admitted to qualifying bachelor’s qualification) which is as follows: Singapore-Cambridge GCE ‘A’ Level Examination in the English medium and must have obtained at least two passes in subjects at H2 level with One H1 Level pass and attempted General Paper (GP) or Knowledge & Inquiry (KI). The transcript from your bachelor’s degree qualification must demonstrate that you have read and passed the equivalents of essential Tembusu Advanced Diploma in Business Management modules. Mature Applicants: Candidates who are at least 30 years of age with at least 8 years of working experience may apply for admission as Mature Applicants. • To qualify as a mature applicant, you are required to submit a Personal Statement of not more than 200 words and 2 Referee Reports from at least one employer. Shortlisted applicants may be required to attend an interview.

Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL): • Polytechnic Diploma Holder in the relevant field of study from a local polytechnic in Singapore. • An approved Advanced Diploma from private education institutions of Singapore with prior entry requirements as GCE 'A' level Examination or Equivalent in the Diploma Level in the relevant field of study. • The transcript from your diploma course must demonstrate that you have read and passed the equivalents of essential Tembusu Advanced Diploma modules. APL is approved by the Examination Board of Tembusu. • Maximum credits for APL approval will not be greater than 50%.

Managing Human Resources and Leadership
Learning Objectives:
To examine the changing nature of leadership and the challenges facing leaders in a rapidly changing and increasingly global world with focus especially on the challenges posed by sustainability and ethics.
To review the main theories and approaches to leadership and discuss how they can be related to different types of organisations and different organisational contexts.
Equips students with an understanding of Human Resource Management.
Gain an appreciation of the various Human Resource functions which are necessary for the smooth operation of an organisation.
International Business and Brand Management
Learning Objectives:
To study organisations, people management and the changing IB environment.
To provide an international perspective essential to many of today’s employees in business and management.

Business Analytics and Financial Decisions

By studying the concepts in this module, student will have acquired the knowledge and skills to make recommendations and changes to improve operations in organisations.
