Managing Human Resources and Leadership
Learning Objectives:
  1. To examine the changing nature of leadership and the challenges facing leaders in a rapidly changing and increasingly global world with focus especially on the challenges posed by sustainability and ethics.
  2. To review the main theories and approaches to leadership and discuss how they can be related to different types of organisations and different organisational contexts.
  3. Equips students with an understanding of Human Resource Management.
  4. Gain an appreciation of the various Human Resource functions which are necessary for the smooth operation of an organisation.
International Business and Brand Management
Learning Objectives:
  1. To study organisations, people management and the changing IB environment.
  2. To provide an international perspective essential to many of today’s employees in business and management.
  3. To enhance cognitive and intellectual skills and personal development.
  4. To understand the brand management concepts, strategies of the organizations.
Business Analytics and Financial Decisions
Learning Objectives:
  1. To develop vital basic modelling skills, and provide an opportunity to explore other more sophisticated techniques.
  2. To develop computer-based skills for both statistics and modelling methods using Excel.

Sustainable Strategic Business Management
Learning Objectives:
  1. To make a systematic and holistic analysis of issues of business ethics and responsibility.
  2. To investigates the challenges which business organisations face in contemporary economies with regards to their moral and social contribution. To critically engages with practices and discourses on responsible business and social responsibility, and explores topical ethical issues facing businesses and employers.

Project Management
Learning Objectives:
  1. This module will introduce students to the key concepts and fundamental issues in project management.
  2. Students will be able to use the various tools and techniques related to the project management.
Operations and Change Management
Learning Objectives:
  1. In this module will examine the role and importance that operations management plays in the success of an organisation by maximising scarce resources to produce goods and services in an efficient and cost-effective way.
  2. By studying the concepts in this module, student will have acquired the knowledge and skills to make recommendations and changes to improve operations in organisations.
  3. Deepen understanding of the nature of organizational change.
  4. Increase student’s knowledge of the theoretical frameworks that can be used to think about and analyze change, and build student’s ability to apply those frameworks.
  5. Provide some insights into the processes of organizational change; and
  6. Sharpen student’s skills for leading, managing and implementing organizational change.
